2:30 concert band on stage

9:00 - 9:30 registration and directors meeting;
9:30-11:30 tryouts (Results posted after tryouts are complete)
11:30 - 1:00 lunch at Northwest cafeteria
... 1:00 - 3:00 rehearsal
3:00 - 3:30 break
3:30 - 5:30 rehearsal
5:30 - 6:30 dinner at Northwest cafeteria
6:30 - 8:30 rehearsal
arrival time at HHS 9:00ish
