Saturday's performance time at the Renaissance Invitational Band Competition in Florence, Alabama will be at 1:30 pm October 9, 2010.
ITINERARY:
EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST
8:15 - | Warm-up/ Rehearsal in Band room |
9:15 - | Load Trailer/ Dress in under gear |
10:00 - | Load buses |
10:15 - | Depart for Florence |
11:15 - | Arrive in Florence |
11:30 - | Eat at Florence |
12:00 - | Get dressed and unload Trailer |
12:45 - | Line up for warm-up |
12:50 - | Warm-up AREA B |
1:20 - | Staging |
1:30 - | Performance |
1:50 - | Change into street clothes |
6:30 - | AWARDS !!!! |
7:45 - | Load buses for Haleyville |
9:00 - | Arrive in Haleyville |
Snack Committee will meet at 8:30 to pre-make sandwiches etc. in preparations for their 11:30 lunch. We will have water available and students need to bring enough money for souvenirs and food for the day.
